UpGro Media — Refund Policy

Note: Replace bracketed placeholders with your details as needed. This policy applies to services purchased directly from UpGro Media. Third‑party platform spends (e.g., ad budgets) are excluded.

1) General Principle

We aim to be fair and transparent. Because our Services involve time, expertise, and third‑party commitments, refunds depend on the work stage and costs already incurred.

2) What Is Not Refundable

  • Ad Spend & Third‑Party Charges: Any money spent on ads, media, software, payment gateway fees, SMS/WhatsApp credits, domains/hosting, etc.
  • Completed/Delivered Work: Creative assets delivered, audits performed, strategy sessions conducted, live campaigns run, code deployed, or consultations already provided.
  • Setup/Onboarding Fees after kickoff (access provisioning, briefs collected, initial planning done).

3) When a Partial Refund May Be Considered

  • If you cancel before campaign launch and material work has not started, we may refund service fees less a 10% processing fee.
  • If limited work has started (e.g., initial research, account setups), we may issue a pro‑rata refund for the unutilized portion of service time at our discretion.

4) Retainers & Monthly Plans

  • Monthly retainers are billed in advance and non‑refundable once the service month has started.
  • You may request cancellation for the next billing cycle by giving at least 7 days’ written notice before renewal.

5) Projects with Milestones

  • If work is tied to milestones, completed milestones are payable and non‑refundable. Future milestones may be canceled with pro‑rata consideration for unutilized time/costs.

6) Digital Products/Trainings/Workshops

  • Access grants, recording links, or downloadable items are non‑refundable once delivered.
  • Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds; reschedules may be offered at our discretion if requested 24 hours in advance.

7) How to Request a Refund

Email billing@upgromedia.com (or info@upgromedia.com) with subject “Refund Request”, include your invoice/order ID, dates, and reason. We’ll acknowledge within 3 working days and evaluate your request.

8) Refund Timeline (Razorpay Requirement)

Refunds: If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days, and the credited amount will reflect in the customer’s bank account depending on their issuing bank’s policies.

9) Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any billing concerns. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may delay resolution.

10) Policy Updates
